Our honeymoon was to beautiful French Polynesia. We flew out the night after the wedding to Moorea for three nights, staying at the Intercontinental Resort & Spa. There, we did a lot of resting after the chaos of the wedding, swimming from our bungalow over the water, visiting the dolphins and turtles at the local reserves, and spent time sipping drinks around the pool.

We then flew to Bora Bora for four nights, staying at the Le Maitai Polynesia Resort. There, we did snorkeling, played with the rays, swam with the sharks, and took a private photo tour of some of Bora Bora's island waters. We also stayed in an overwater bungalow from which we did some swimming and enjoyed the blue waters.

Finally, we spent one night in Tahiti at the Intercontental Resort before flying back. We spent much of the day just before boarding for LAX by renting a car to drive around the island and then exploring the city of Papeete doing some shopping. Our flight back to LAX was late, so we were able to see a lot.
